Airport and car hire in Las Palmas

18 Kilometres south of Las Palmas the International Airport is to be found handling daily flights to locations all over Europe and beyond, and it is estimated that six million travelers enter the airport per year. The airport has a three floor terminal. The ground floor handles arrivals and the first floor handles departures. Arrivals and Departures halls are subdivided into three areas. Facilities are brilliant, and include a full service bank on the ground floor. A business conference locality is situated in the corridor connecting the international and EU check-in halls. There are coffee shops, bars and fast-food stalls on both the Arrivals Departures floors. Shops at the airport include a duty-free shop and a wide range of shops selling a variety of products.

Taxis are available from outside the terminal building, and regular buses run between the airport and the capital, as well as to other destinations on the island.
